I am shamelessly stealing this idea from more than one other blog. I love the challenge of working on my photography...using pictures to tell a story. Here's try #1! :o)
Simple: mince a few garlic cloves and toss with some oregano in a few eggs. Slice chicken breasts into chicken fingers. Coat in flour, then garlic-y-egg mixture, then bread crumbs. Fry both sides in oil. Wa-la. Easy lunch food! Cookbook says to just pop em out of the freezer and crisp them up in the oven but I forget what temp. Get back to you on that one.
I recognize that page! Holler for America's Test Kitchen! These will def have to be stocked in my freezer pre-Number Two (that's our code name, lol). That's right, *I* have actually kept her name a secret for about a month now! I thought you'd be proud - and also appreciate what a feat this is. Ha ;)
Hehe I definitely am proud of you! Kudos...I couldn't do it! :o) I was actually surprised at how easy they were...I've never tried them. It took me awhile, but that's only cause I did soooo many. And they are super yummy!
Those photos tell a wonderful tale - - - I love you and I'm looking forward to meeting Miss Sam!
ReplyDeleteThanks! It was fun to put together. Love you, too!
ReplyDeleteI like it...how did you cook your chicken fingers? I bought some yesterday and am contemplating how to use them next week...email me?
