Red Heels Rule

My favorite embarrassing high heel story to date: The time (about an hour ago) that I was walking purposefully (because it was cold) down a very public street on base... right before getting to my car I jammed my heel into the crack of the sidewalk where it remained... while I continued walking.

Took me a rather ungraceful step and a half to stop and turn around to retrieve it... while all the cars passing by slowed down to either a) see if I was okay or b) laugh at me.

I'm so classy in my red heels ;o)

Anyways, it was SO AWESOME meeting General Rice's wife!  More on this later!
