Look at these beauties! They traveled all the way from the Corning Wegman's just for me! :o) And they can't wait to be turned into Pumpkin Spice Brioche, or Pumpkin Cheesecake, or Pumpkin Spiced Lattes...or...or...the possibilities are endless people!

I thought of you the other day as I purchased my pumpkin! I was thinking that the drought must be over now! Not by you though??
ReplyDeleteI can get pumpkins now...our grocery store(s) have sugar pumpkins if I want to do my own. And I think there are cans, although I didn't check since I have two in my pantry still. Can I freeze pumpkin? Is it just like any other squash? Just cook it, puree it, and freeze? Canning sounds like a lot of work so I want to avoid it! :o)
