Trier Sneak Peak

Trier is one rockin' old city.  One of Germany's oldest in fact!  I have too much to do in these last precious moments before nap time ends to give you a real post, but here's a little something to hold you over ;o)  Basically, it was a wonderful anniversary celebration day.  We saw all the major Roman ruins (Porta Nigra city gate, Roman baths, amphitheater, and Roman bridge) as well as the Dom Cathedral and Constantine's throne room, now a Protestant church.  And we ended with a lovely dinner.

WORLD CUP TONIGHT! :o)
