How to Magically Entertain Your Kids for a Half Hour FOR FREE

Soap + Water + Rocks = My kids think I'm the coolest.  Ever.

This seemingly cute and innocent idea for playtime actually has more to do with the fact that the rocks are destined for a Pinterest project and I needed to get them washed anyways.  So I was thinking the girls would probably enjoy "helping" me.

They really had fun... I was a bit surprised (who knew washing rocks was so fun?).  And what photo shoot would be complete without a picture of Sam putting something in her mouth that isn't supposed to be there?...

That's the ticket!  "How does that soap and dirt taste Baby?"

"OHMYGOSH MOM!  Washing rocks is THE BEST!"

    1. I always chuckle when I say "pinterest idea" or something... cause really it's just something I found on the internet, right? Pinterest just makes it so easy cause it's a one-stop-inspiration-magnet ;o)

      And I love you, too.

    1. They got pretty clean. I just rinsed them after and set them to dry. I think it will do!

    1. Haha well I wouldn't call myself that creative with kid activities.. I have tons of books and blogs at my disposal full of good ideas but I rarely make time to be intentional about them. I definitely want to work harder at including creative play into our days.
