When I'm working in the kitchen and both girls are awake, I'm finding that this is the safest location for Little Baby. It's not that she's in any particularly imminent danger from Big Baby, it's just that LJ now thinks that bouncing the baby in the seat is her job... a job she takes *very* seriously! ;o) Um, the term "shaken baby syndrome" comes to mind!
That's my eager little "helper"...

Each night I check the posts for the day looking longingly for the coffee post. Will it ever appear...sigh!
ReplyDeleteBefore we installed gates to prevent the kids from getting into the kitchen, that would have been the least safest place for Allie. Josh would have crawled up there and tested if Allie could fly. Thank goodness LJ seems to think it's impossible to get to Sammy.
ReplyDeleteDad! A little obsessed with the coffee post, I see... sheesh now I'm all nervous that it'll disappoint! It's still in draft form, but I promise I won't forget about it! I'll try to get to it in the next week or so.
ReplyDeleteNicole: Two things. First, LJ hasn't learned to climb... yet ;o) Second, our dining room chairs are really heavy. I doubt her tiny hiney will be able to move them on her own for awhile. Okay three things ;o) Third, LJ is curious in a more timid, "Momma, is this okay?" nature. And she seems to be (for the moment, ha!) of a pretty submissive personality type... though I'm starting to get into the nitty gritty of training. Goody ;o)
